This program is ideal if you are looking to accelerate the development of productive working relationships in your team. A great option for your annual off-site, team members will first take a culture assessment, and debrief the results on a call. Then, to ensure the design of the team building workshop aligns with your goals, a subset of your team will help co-design the session. This helps ensure there is buy-in for the program and it is customized to your unique business needs.

The team building workshop included in this program is a highly interactive exploration of identity, relationship building and goal setting. To enhance the evolution of your team dynamics, a follow-up call and 4 months of unlimited email access are included.

This program is ideal if you are looking to accelerate the development of productive working relationships in your team and align your team’s strategy with that of the organization. Team members will take a culture assessment, debrief the results on a call, and participate in a team building workshop. To ensure the design aligns with your goals, a subset of your team will help co-design the session.

Following the team building workshop, a strategic planning and team alignment workshop will align your team on a 3-5 year strategy, first year goals, and a timeline of individual commitments and actions. This session includes a truly transformational analysis of roadblocks standing in the way of success. Often times these roadblocks are based on something that your team might be participating in that they don’t even realize!

To enhance the strategic alignment of your team, a full-day onsite follow-up session and 8 months of unlimited email access are also included.

Team members will take a culture assessment, debrief the results on a call, and participate in a team building workshop. Following the team building workshop, a strategic planning and team alignment workshop will align your team on a 3-5 year strategy, first year goals and a timeline of individual commitments and actions.

In addition, an analysis of required knowledge and skills to bolster and sustain team performance is included. Although custom to your unique business needs, a popular option for the skills development is leadership training aligned with the initial culture assessment.
